FAM134B在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性分析

Expression of FAM134B in hepatocellular carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological features

目的:分析肝细胞癌(HCC)组织内134序列相似家庭成员B(FAM134B)表达情况及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年12月临沂市中心医院经病理组织检查确诊同时完成治疗和随访的78例阳性HCC患者的临床资料,比较肝癌组织与癌旁正常组织中的FAM134B表达率,根据肝癌组织中FAM134B表达率将其分成高表达组40例、低表达组38例。分析肝癌组织中FAM134B表达与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:78例肝癌组织中,65例F A M134B表达阳性,FA M134B表达阳性率为83.33%;78例癌旁正常组织中,23例F A M134B表达阳性,FA M134B表达阳性率为29.49%。肝癌组织FAM134B表达阳性率高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FAM134B高表达组与低表达组的肿瘤直径、血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、有无门静脉癌栓、肝外转移、邻近脏器侵犯及分化程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,肿瘤直径、血清AFP、门静脉癌栓、肝外转移、邻近脏器侵犯及分化程度与FAM134B表达阳性率有关(P<0.05)。结论:HCC患者的FAM134B呈现高表达,伴随FAM134B表达率升高,患者的肿瘤直径增加、血清AFP水平升高、侵犯邻近脏器增多、分化程度增高,会增加门静脉癌栓及肝外转移的发生率。

Objective To analyze the expression of family member B(FAM134B)with similar sequence 134 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods The clinical data of 78 HCC patients who were confirmed by histopathological examination and completed treatment and follow-up in Linyi Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The expression rate of FAM134B in liver cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was compared,and the correlation between the expression of FAM134B in liver cancer tissues and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression rate of FAM134B in HCC was 83.33%higher than that in paracancer tissues(29.49%)(P<0.05).There were significant differences in tumor diameter,serum alpha-Fetoprotein(AFP),portal vein tumor thrombin,extrahepatic metastasis,invasion of adjacent organs and differentiation degree between the high and low FAM134B expression groups(P<0.05).The differential data were put into logistic regression equation,and the expression rate of FAM134B was correlated with tumor diameter,serum AFP,portal vein tumor thrombi,extrahepatic metastasis,invasion of adjacent organs and differentiation degree(P<0.05).Conclusion FAM134B is highly expressed in HCC patients.With the increased expression rate of FAM134B,tumor diameter,serum AF level,invasion of adjacent organs of patients,and differentiation degree were increased,which would increase the incidence of portal vein tumor thrombi and extrahepatic metastasis.
