环状RNA的代谢和功能及其在急性心肌梗死诊治中的研究进展

摘要 环状RNA缺乏5’端的帽状结构和3’端的尾状结构,形成独特的共价闭合环。环状RNA具有较好的结构稳定性、进化保守性及组织发育特异性,在多种疾病的诊疗中扮演重要角色。急性心肌梗死(A M I)是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病急性加重阶段,发病率逐年增加。本综述对环状RNA生物代谢特征及生物学功能进行总结,着重探讨环状RNA在AMI中的研究进展,以期为后续研究提供思路。 The circular RNAs,without 7-methylguanosine cap and poly-adenosine tail,have a covalently closed circular structure which makes it stable against ribonucleases R.Its evolutionary conservation and tissue development specificity allow it to play important roles of various diseases such as cardiovascular disease,gastric cancer and breast cancer.Acute myocardial infarction is the acute exacerbation process of coronary artery disease,with increasing morbidity and mortality.To find out the pathological mechanism,new diagnosis biomarkers and treatment site of acute myocardial infarction,a variety of studies are carried out,including the relationship between the circular RNAs and acute myocardial infarction.This review summarizes the biological metabolic characteristics and functions of the circular RNAs,and focuses on the research progress of circular RNAs in acute myocardial infarction,in order to inspire the following studies.
