中药熏洗结合舒筋活血合剂治疗膝骨关节炎40例

Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Shujin Huoxue Mixture in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者应用中药熏洗结合舒筋活血合剂治疗的临床效果。方法:选择南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的80例KOA患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。所有患者均接受基础治疗,对照组予以热水熏洗治疗,观察组予以舒筋活血合剂结合中药熏洗治疗,均连续治疗6周。对两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、病情严重程度、血清学指标及不良反应进行比较。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组;治疗后2周、6个月视觉模拟评分(VAS)、骨性关节炎指数膝关节评分量表(WOMAC)评分低于对照组;治疗6周后C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组未见明显不良反应。结论:在KOA患者中应用中药熏洗结合舒筋活血合剂治疗可减轻炎症反应,缓解疼痛,改善病情,效果确切,安全可靠,利于预后。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with shujin huoxue mixture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:80 KOA patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients received basic treatment,the control group received hot water fumigation,and the observation group received shujin huoxue mixture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,for 6 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,severity of disease and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Osteoarthritis Index Knee Score(WOMAC)scores were lower than those of the control group at 2 weeks and 6 months after treatment,with statistical differences.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with shujin huoxue mixture in KOA patients can relieve pain and improve the condition.The effect is accurate,safe and reliable,and it is beneficial to prognosis.
