响应面优化超声辅助提取莲房中色素的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以衡水湖产出的莲蓬取出莲子后剩余的莲房为原料,在超声提取时间、超声提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度、超声功率几个单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化提取莲房中色素的工艺条件。通过对超声提取时间、超声提取温度、乙醇浓度、料液比几个变量间的交错实验设计,总结各变量对提取结果的影响,得到最优提取条件:超声提取温度37.5℃,超声提取时间12.5 min,料液比75∶1,乙醇浓度60%。 In this experiment,lotus seedhouses produced from Hengshui Lake were used as raw materials.Based on the single factor experiments of ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration and ultrasonic power,response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions of pigment from lotus seedhouses.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by the staggered experimental design of several variables including ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio.The optimum conditions obtained from the analysis of experimental results were ultrasonic extraction temperature 37.5℃,ultrasonic extraction time 12.5 min,solid-liquid ratio 75∶1 and ethanol concentration 60%.
