摘要
CWL-M型离心萃取机作为一种新型的高效萃取设备,具有处理效率高,存液量小,占地面积小,易连续操作等优点。研究其用于钒萃取,结果表明:在保证两相分相正常,P507萃取剂不乳化的前提下,进行五级逆流萃取,控制离心萃取机转速2800 r/min,两相流比O/A=2/1,钒萃取率可达99.5%以上。
As a new type of efficient extraction equipment,CWL-M Centrifugal Extractor has the advantages of high processing efficiency,small liquid storage,small footprint,easy continuous operation and so on,so it is widely used in liquid liquid extraction.In this paper,the application of a new centrifugal extractor in vanadium extraction has been studied.The results show that under the premise of normal two-phase separation and non-emulsification of P507 extractant,the extraction rate of vanadium can reach more than 99.5%by five-stage counter-current extraction,the centrifugal extractor speed of 2800 r/min,the two-phase flow ratio O/A=2/1.
