Teaching Reform and Practice of“Invention Patent Science”in Applied Undergraduate Colleges

在我校培养应用型人才的办学理念下,对材料科学与工程专业的“发明专利学”课程教学提出了新的要求。“发明专利学”是教授学生有关专利申请、审查以及专利权维护等知识的一门创新创业教育课程,重点是培养学生的创新思维与实践能力。为了更好地提高教学效果,结合作者的课程教学经历以及对教学现状的研究,分别从授课内容、教学手段以及课程考核评价体系等方面进行探讨。

The concept of cultivating applied talents in our school put forward new requirements for the teaching of the Invention Patent Science course of materials science and engineering.Invention Patent Science is an innovation and entrepreneurship education course that teaches students about patent application,examination and patent right maintenance.The focus is on cultivating students′innovative thinking and practical ability.In order to better improve the teaching effect,this article combines the teaching experience of the course and the research on the current teaching situation,and discusses from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and course evaluation system.
