基于“1+X”证书制度的环境类专业创新型人才培养模式构建

Construction of the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Environmental Majors Based on the"1+X"Certificate System

随着社会经济和产业不断发展,培养高素质创新型技术技能复合人才已成为高职院校课程改革的重点。基于“双高计划”建设的大背景下,分析了当前环境类专业以往人才培养中存在的问题,开展了“1+X”证书制度下“校企行赛”多元主体人才培养模式构建研究,“赛证融通、以赛促教”是创新型人才培养的有效途径。为高职院校相关专业创新型人才培养提供借鉴或参考,从而更好地提升高职教育的人才培养水平。

With the continuous development of social economy and industry,cultivating high-quality innovative technical and skilled talents has become the focus of curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges.Based on the background of the construction of the"Double High Program"construction,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the past talent training of environmental majors,and carries out the research on the construction of"multiple subject"talent training mode of school enterprise competition under the"1+X"certificate system."Competition certificate integration and promoting education through competition"is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents.Through this research,it is expected to provide reference or reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in related majors in higher vocational colleges,so as to better improve the talent training level of higher vocational education.
