基于CSMS量表和CQQC的5E康复护理在冠心病PCI术后患者康复中的应用效果

Application effects of 5E rehabilitation nursing based on CSMS rating scales and CQQC rating scales in the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

目的探讨基于冠心病自我管理行为(CSMS)量表和中国心血管患者生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)的5E康复护理在冠心病PCI术后患者康复中的应用效果。方法借助随机数字表法将2019年1月至2020年1月接受冠心病PCI术后进入心脏重症监护患者的60例患者分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在常规干预基础上实施基于冠心病自我管理行为(CSMS)量表和中国心血管患者生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)的5E康复护理模式干预,对比2组患者护理前后不同时机点CSMS量表、心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内经(LVEDD)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)]、CQQC量表评分情况。结果护理前2组患者CSMS量表、心功能指标水平、CQQC量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后3个月研究组患者CSMS评分、CQQC评分高于对照组(P<0.05),LVEDD水平低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF水平、6MWD距离高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于CSMS量表和CQQC的5E康复护理应用于冠心病PCI患者术后临床护理工作中,可有效增强患者自我管理行为,改善心功能指标的同时提高生活质量,该模式具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application effects of 5E rehabilitation nursing based on coronary self-mangement scale(CSMS)rating scales and CQQC rating scales in the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after PCI.Methods Sixty patients with CHD who underwent PCI and were treated in ICU of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and research group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by 5E rehabilitation nursing mode intervention based on CSMS rating scales and CQQC rating scales.The scores of CSMS rating scales at different time points,and cardiac function indexes including LVEF,LVEDD,6MWD,and scores of CQQC were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in scores of CSMS rating scales and cardiac function indexes as well as the scores of CQQC between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3-month nursing,the CSMS scores and CQQC scores in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the LVEDD levels were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the LVEF levels and 6MWD distance in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 5E rehabilitation nursing based on CSMS rating scales and CQQC rating scales in the clinical nursing work for the patients with CHD after PCI can effectively improve the self-management behavior and the cardiac function indexes as well as the life quality of patients,therefore,this mode is of higher clinical application value.
