摘要
电液执行器是一种用于控制汽轮机蒸汽阀门开度和位置的液压伺服装置,上位机发送指令后,电液执行器接收到指令并控制液压油缸的活塞杆带动蒸汽阀门的阀杆移动至指定位置。针对某电液执行器工作一段时间后,电液执行器油缸活塞杆在变工况中出现了抖动现象,通过对相关控制原理进行分析,将电液执行器的油缸等组成部分进行拆解,排查出油缸抖动的与固定于油缸内的位置传感器的螺钉松动有关,因此对螺钉采取了正确合理的防松措施,消除了电液执行器油缸抖动的问题。
Electro hydraulic actuator is a hydraulic servo device used to control the opening and position of steam valve of steam turbine.After the upper computer sends the command,the electro-hydraulic actuator receives the command and controls the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to drive the valve rod of the steam valve to move to the specified position.After an electro-hydraulic actuator has been working for a period of time,the piston rod of the oil cylinder of the electro-hydraulic actuator vibrates during operation.Through the interpretation of the relevant control principles,the oil cylinder and other components of the electro-hydraulic actuator are disassembled.It is found that the reason for the oil cylinder jitter is related to the loosening of the screw of the position sensor fixed in the oil cylinder.Therefore,appropriate anti loosening measures are taken for the screws,so as to eliminate the vibration of the oil cylinder of the electro-hydraulic actuator.
