摘要
2020年,中海油服物探事业部结合国家法规对旗下运营船舶——“海洋石油708”等船舶进行了生活污水处理装置的升级改造,取得了很好的环境效益和社会效益。以此为例,探讨现有船舶生活污水处理装置的问题及升级改造的可行方案。在充分利用船舶现有空间的前提下,将膜生物反应器(MBR)处理工艺和移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)处理工艺有机结合起来,对生活污水处理装置进行升级改造,可有效提高装置的耐冲击负荷能力,降低船员使用、维护难度,且出水稳定达标。
In 2020,the Geophysical Prospecting Division of COSL has upgraded the domestic sewage treatment equipment of its operating ships,such as"Haiyang Shiyou 708"in combination with national regulations,and achieved good environmental and social benefits.Problems with existing marine sewage treatment plants and feasible solutions for upgrading.On the premise of making full use of the existing space of the ship,the membrane bioreactor(MBR)treatment process and the moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)treatment process are organically combined to upgrade the domestic sewage treatment device,which can effectively improve the device.The high shock load resistance capacity reduces the difficulty of use and maintenance by the crew,and the water output is stable and up to the standard.
