Modular Installation Technology of Integrated Finishing for Large Public Building

超大尺寸饰面和特殊材料在大空间装饰工程应用时,会面临超规格产品加工制作与安装过程的技术难题。为此,对超大尺寸天花板饰面工厂加工、模块集成、现场模块化安装工艺,以及特殊材料集成墙饰面复合制作与模块化安装工艺进行了研究,并在实际工程中进行了应用。研究成果与工程应用实现了超大尺寸饰面的精准安装和特殊材料饰面的效果呈现,对于提高建筑装饰工程施工质量、减少人工劳动力数量、降低劳动强度、加快施工速度具有重要意义。

In the application of oversized finishing and special materials in large space decoration engineering,the technical problems in the process of processing,manufacturing and installation of oversized products will be faced.Therefore,the factory processing,modular integration,onsite modular installation process of super large ceiling decoration,as well as the composite manufacturing and modular installation process of special material integrated wall decoration are studied and applied in practical engineering.The research results and engineering application realize the accurate installation of super large-size finishes and the effect presentation of special material finishes,which is of great significance to improve the construction quality of architectural decoration engineering,reduce the number of manual labor,reduce labor intensity and speed up the construction speed.
