摘要
以上海石洞口第一电厂煤场封闭改造工程为背景,对欧罗仓散装物料存储设备的安装进行了研究。为实现进口欧罗仓储煤设备的安全、可靠安装,通过详细比选各种设备安装方案,采用液压整体同步提升工艺将设备支承钢栈桥与核心设备一次安装就位、分块吊装工艺将部分设备后补安装,对原厂说明书中的安装方法进行了优化和创新,顺利实现了欧罗仓设备的高精度安装,为后续类似工程提供了参考。
Based on the closed reconstruction project of the coal yard of Shanghai Shidongkou No.1 power plant,the installation of bulk material storage equipment in Eurosilo is studied.To realize the safe and reliable installation of imported Eurosilo coal equipment,through detailed comparison and selection of various equipment installation schemes,the hydraulic overall synchronous lifting process is adopted to install the equipment supporting steel trestle and core equipment in place at one time,and the block hoisting process is used to supplement the installation of some equipment.The installation method in the original factory manual is optimized and innovated,so as to successfully realize the highprecision installation of Eurosilo equipment.It provides a reference for subsequent similar projects.
