摘要
结合项目案例,通过在沟槽外预制场集中生产装配式预制整体PC井室,将井室底板、井壁、管道套管、预留短管、踏步和吊环预制为一个整体进行吊装,并采用充气型管道封堵气囊对井室进行自防水检测,解决了传统井室现浇工艺的弊端。实践证明,该工艺操作简单,方便快捷,质量安全有保证,且绿色环保,加快了施工进度。
Combined with the project case,through the centralized production of prefabricated integral prefabricated PC well chamber in the precast yard outside the trench,the bottom plate,well wall,pipe casing,reserved short pipe,step and lifting ring of the well chamber are prefabricated as a whole for hoisting,and the inflatable pipe sealing air bag is used for self-waterproof detection of the well chamber,which solves the disadvantages of the traditional cast-in-situ process of the well chamber.The practice proves that the process is simple,convenient and fast with guaranteed quality and safety,green and environmental protection,and can speed up the construction progress.
