摘要
基于工程数字化手段,开展历史保护建筑非接触式外立面勘察及模型快速重构关键技术研究,辅助开展前期修缮方案的策划及编制,有效提升了修缮施工效率和工程管理水平。以此为基础,建立历史保护建筑修缮施工全过程的修缮信息数据库,可为将来历史保护建筑工程智能管理和建筑智慧运维提供数据基础。
Based on the engineering digital means,the research on the key technologies for the non-contact facade survey and the rapid model reconstruction of historically protected buildings is carried out and the planning and preparation of early repair schemes are assisted,which effectively improves the restoration construction efficiency and project management level.On this basis,an information database of the whole process of restoring historically protected building is established,which can provide a data basis for the intelligent management of historically protected building projects and the intelligent operation and maintenance of buildings in the future.
