摘要
针对混凝土的工作性能和力学性能,从原材料的选择、配合比的设计等方面,进行C40高性能白色清水混凝土制备方法研究。通过对不同白水泥的选用和优化细骨料,采用银杉P·W-132.5白色硅酸盐水泥、天然砂、新开元5~20 mm规格精品石子和苏博特聚羧酸减水剂,降低混凝土的用水量,确保混凝土的工作性能,优化混凝土泵送性,取得了良好的效果。
According to the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete,the preparation method of C40 high-performance white fair-faced concrete is studied from the aspects of raw material selection and mix proportion design.Through the selection and optimization of different white concrete and fine aggregate,Yinshan P.W-132.5 white Portland Cement,natural sand,Xinkaiyuan 5~20mm high-quality stones and Subote polycarboxylic acid water reducer are used to reduce the water consumption of concrete,ensure the working performance of concrete,optimize the pumping performance of concrete and achieve good results.
