摘要
针对传统清水砖筛选方式因依赖人眼视觉与经验判断,容易发生的色差分辨难、标准不统一等问题,利用数字图像处理技术和图像掩膜提取算法,设计了一种自动选砖算法,搭建了视觉系统,建立了清水砖选砖机器人系统及运行流程。与传统方式相比,新方法建立了清水砖数字化筛选标准,实现了高标准清水砖自动筛选,显著提升了选砖效率与品质,为后续类似工程精益建造提供了技术支撑。
As to the problems of difficult color difference resolution and inconsistent standards that are easy to occur in the traditional fair-faced brick selection method because it depends on human vision and experience judgment,an automatic brick selection algorithm is designed using digital image processing technology and image mask extraction algorithm,a vision system is built,and a fair-faced brick selection robot system and its operation process are established.Compared with the traditional method,the new method establishes the digital screening standard of fair-faced brick,realizes the automatic screening of high standard fair-faced brick,significantly improves the efficiency and quality of brick selection,and provides technical support for the lean construction of subsequent similar projects.
