基于TRIZ理论无心车床的设计与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 针对无心车床车削加工存在自动化程度低、劳动强度高等问题,利用TRIZ理论分析无心车床存在的技术矛盾,并在矛盾矩阵里查找发明原理,确定无心车床改进方案。设计一种同心双轴结构、螺纹驱动刀具进给的无心车床,通过两轴速度差实现刀具进给和退刀;车削光轴和锥面,扩大无心车床加工范围。利用Deform软件仿真无心车床车削加工,比较分析车削加工载荷的仿真值与理论值。结果表明:仿真值与理论值的误差在可接受范围内,验证了无心车床车设计的合理性和车削加工的可行性。 In view of the problems of low automation and high labor intensity in the turning process of centerless lathes,the technical contradiction of centerless lathe was analyzed by using TRIZ innovation theory,the invention principle was found out in the contradiction matrix to determine the improvement scheme of centerless lathe.A kind of centerless lathe with concentric double axis structure and thread driven tool feed was designed,the tool feed and retreat were realized through the speed difference between the two axes;the cylinder axis and the cone surface were turned,and the machining range of the centerless lathe was expanded.The simulation of centerless lathe turning was carried out by using Deform software,and the comparison of simulation value and theoretical value of turning load was carried out.The results show that the error of simulation value and theoretical value is within the acceptable range,which verifies the rationality of careless lathe design and the feasibility of turning machining.
