摘要
未来飞行器的大功率伺服机构将广泛采用电动静液作动器,由于电动静液作动器的机电液控多学科耦合特性,在原理架构设计之后,必须对系统结构参数进行研究。建立电动静液作动器的Simulink模型,并对系统进行仿真分析,分析电机参数、液压泵参数、液压缸及负载参数对电动静液作动器综合特性的影响,保证设计开发效率的同时提高了可靠性。
Electric hydrostatic actuator(EHA)will widely used in future aerospace vehicle high-power servo actuator.Considering its multi-disciplinary coupling characteristics,it is necessary to study the structural parameters after the EHA architecture design.Firstly,the Simulink model of EHA was set up.The simulation analysis of system was completed.The influences of motor parameters,hydraulic pump parameters,hydraulic cylinder and load parameters on EHA performance were analyzed.The design efficiency and reliability are improved.
