摘要
为探讨外语情绪调节策略异质性对外语情绪的影响,本研究采用问卷调查法,测量了841名非英专本科生八个维度的情绪调节策略、两种积极外语情绪和三种消极外语情绪。结果发现:1)我国大学英语学习者外语情绪调节策略呈现明显异质性,分三种亚类型:过度调节型、适度调节-直面问题型、低调节-逃避发泄型;2)不同亚类型学生在外语情绪上有显著差异。过度调节组外语愉悦、自豪、焦虑、愤怒和羞耻感最高,适度调节-直面问题组外语愤怒和羞耻感最低,而低调节-不良组外语愉悦和自豪感最低。与其他情绪相比,外语焦虑组间差异较小。研究为外语情绪及调节研究提供了更广的视角、为未来的教学提供了一定的启示。
To explore the heterogeneity of foreign language emotion regulation strategies and their influence on foreign language emotions,this study administered questionnaires among 841 EFL undergraduates measuring eight types of foreign language emotion regulation strategies,two types of positive emotions and three types of negative emotions.The results indicate that there are three profiles of foreign language emotion regulation strategies:excessively-regulated,moderately-regulated,lowly-regulated.Students who excessively regulate their emotions reported the highest level of both positive e-motions and negative emotions.Those who moderately regulate their emotions reported the lowest level of negative emotions while the rest who scarcely regulate emotions showed the lowest level of positive emotions.The current research provides a broader perspective for future foreign language emotion regulation research and teaching.
