永磁直动真空有载开关在配电变压器中的应用

Application of Permanent Magnet Vacuum On-load Tap-changers in Distribution Transformer

在配电变压器中,有载调压开关尺寸大、价格相对昂贵的特点限制了有载调压方式的应用。针对传统有载分接开关体积大、操作复杂的不足,采用永磁直动型真空有载开关能更好地减小体积并降低成本。本文通过对永磁直动真空有载开关的特点及在配电变压器中实际应用状况的介绍,指出其在配电变压器应用中的适用性。

In distribution transformers,the large size and relatively high price of OLTC(onload tap-changers)limit the application of on-load voltage regulating mode.In view of the disadvantages of large volume and complex operation of traditional OLTC,adopting permanent magnet direct operated vacuum OLTC can reduce the volume and cost better.In this paper,the characteristics of permanent magnet direct operated vacuum OLTC and its practical application in distribution transformer are discussed and its applicability in distribution transformer application is pointed out.
