自动化远动点表完整性智能化校核系统研发

摘要 针对电力调度工作系统中,传统人工经验录入和校核的远动信息点表存在点表要素不完整、规范性差问题,研发一种自动化远动点表完整性的智能化校核系统的方法,以提高可靠性和降低电力运行风险。首先通过研究分析点表信息的完整性确认了遥测表、遥信表和遥控表的规范格式,然后通过研究构建完整性校核程序流程图表明了对三种点表校核的具体方法,最后通过展示该系统实际校核结果证明了该系统具有可精确快速的检验三种点表是否符合规范的功能,这将便于实际工作环境中通过固定的表头规范格式来解决自然语言不完全一致带来的不完整性问题,从而提升调度人员整体的工作效率与电力系统运行可靠性。 Prior to the release of the remote point table specification by power grid enterprises,a large number of remote information point tables entered and verified according to manual experience already existed in the dispatch automation system.Compared with the released specifications,there are problems such as incomplete and non-standardized point table elements,which pose risks to dispatching safety production.If the point list is manually checked for completeness according to the specifications,there are problems such as large number of point lists,high checking accuracy requirements,and time-consuming and inaccurate manual review.To address this problem,we propose a method to develop an intelligent verification system for the integrity of automated remote point meters.Firstly,we confirm the standardized formats of telemetry,telemeter and remote control table by studying and analyzing the integrity of point table information,then we show the specific methods of checking the three types of point tables by studying and constructing the flow chart of integrity checking procedure,and finally,we prove that the system has the function of accurately and quickly checking whether the three types of point tables meet the standard by showing the actual checking results of the system,which will facilitate the practical work by fixing the This will make it easier to solve the incompleteness problem caused by the incomplete consistency of natural language through the fixed header specification format,thus improving the overall work efficiencyand reliability of dispatchers.
