浅谈车机在温湿度综合振动试验中的失效分析

摘要 在早期的传统汽车行业里,车机通常是我们直观理解的一种被安装在乘客舱内的多媒体车载信息娱乐系统的产品,只能实现简单的卡带CD、收音机或MP3功能。而今在新的车机3.0时代[1],在软件定义汽车的发展趋势下,车机的功能越来越强大、内部电路集成度越来越高、结构也更加复杂。因此,对车机的环境可靠性验证试验也自然成为各品牌整车厂密切关注的其中一个开发验证环节。而车机在环境可靠性验证中的温湿度综合振动试验也显得尤其重要。本文结合车机的温湿度综合振动的试验方法,对车机在温湿度综合振动试验中的失效分析进行探讨。旨在让试验人员对试验结果的异常可以有初步的分析和提出整改建议。 In the early traditional automobile industry,the car machine is usually a product of a multimedia car infotainment system installed in the passenger compartment that we intuitively understand,and can only realize simple cassette CD,radio or MP3 functions.Now,in the new car machine 3.0 era[1],under the development trend of software-defined cars,car machines have more and more powerful functions,higher and higher internal circuit integration,and more complex structures.Therefore,the environmental reliability verification test of the car machine has naturally become one of the development and verification links that the automakers of various brands pay close attention to.The comprehensive vibration test of temperature and humidity in the environmental reliability verification of the vehicle is also particularly important.This article combines the temperature and humidity comprehensive vibration test method of the car machine,the failure analysis of the car machine in the temperature and humidity comprehensive vibration test is discussed.It is designed to allow the test personnel to have a preliminary analysis of the abnormality of the test results and propose rectification suggestions.
