摘要
随着汽车技术的发展,人们越来越注重车辆的行驶稳定性和乘坐舒适性。电子控制空气悬架的提出,从很大程度上满足了人们对现代汽车的要求。基于此,对于主机厂总装生产线而言,针对空气悬架系统的自动加注设备需求也就随之应运而生。本文在分析电子控制空气悬架的结构及原理的前提下,探讨气体加注逻辑和流程,同时结合生产线的实际条件,为能够满足批量生产需求的气体加注装置提供开发思路。
With the development of automotive technology,people start to focus on vehicle driving stability and riding comfort.Electronic controlled air suspension has most of the advantages,which people are expected to get on modern vehicles.In this situation,the car assembly shop has been noticed to develop automatic filling equipment for the air suspension system.Based on the analysis of the structure and filling logic of the air suspension,meanwhile,taking the actual conditions of the production line into consideration,this paper aims to provide useful means and methods for the development of compressed air filling device.
