摘要
随着汽车电动化的发展,充电桩的应用日趋广泛,充电桩的电磁兼容性能变得至关重要。本文详细分析了直流充电桩应该满足的电磁兼容要求,以大功率的直流充电桩为例,实践了充电桩的电磁噪声测试方法,分析了其电磁噪声超标的原因,测试结果表明直流充电桩的传导发射、辐射发射、谐波发射很难达到标准要求,建议充电桩制造商加强产品设计和行业自律,全面提升直流充电桩的电磁兼容性能。
With the development of automobile electrification,the application of charging pile is increasingly widely used,and the electromagnetic compatibility performance of charging pile becomes critical.This paper analyzes the DC charging pile should meet the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility.With high-power DC charging pile,for example,the charging pile electromagnetic noise test method was practiced.The cause of the electromagnetic noise was analyzed in-detail,the test results show that conducted emission,radiation emission,harmonic emission of DC charging pile is difficult to meet the standard requirements.It is suggested that the charging pile manufacturers should strengthen product design and industry self-discipline.The electromagnetic compatibility performance of dc charging pile is improved as a whole.
