摘要
本文使用玻璃器皿浸泡法对汽车燃油箱总成常用金属材料进行加速腐蚀试验,通过分析240 h,480 h,720 h试验后材料外观变化、微观形貌、腐蚀失重,研究M100甲醇燃料对不同金属材料汽车燃油箱的腐蚀情况,为油箱总成选材提供依据。
In this paper,glassware immersion method was used to carry out accelerated corrosion test on common metal materials of automobile fuel tank assembly.The corrosion of M100 methanol fuel on different metal materials of automobile fuel tank was studied through material appearance change,microstructure and corrosion weight loss after the test,which provided basis for material selection of fuel tank assembly.
