盐胁迫对黄刺玫幼苗生理特性的影响

摘要 为研究不同浓度NaCl对黄刺玫幼苗生理特性的影响规律,笔者在盆栽试验条件下,设置CK和0.25%、0.55%、0.85%、1.15%4个NaCl浓度,测定了不同处理下黄刺玫幼苗的叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和抗氧化酶活性变化。结果表明,0.25%~0.55%的NaCl胁迫不会对黄刺玫叶片内叶绿素含量产生显著影响,0.85%~1.15%的NaCl胁迫显著降低了黄刺玫叶片内叶绿素含量;0.25%NaCl处理的丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性与对照之间无显著差异,表明NaCl浓度为0.25%时不会对黄刺玫生理特性产生显著影响。 In order to study the effects of different concentrations of NaCl on the physiological characteristics of Rosa xanthina seedlings,CK and 4 concentrations of NaCl(0.25%,0.55%,0.85%and 1.15%)were set under the conditions of pot experiment.The changes of chlorophyll content,MDA content and antioxidant enzyme activities of Rosa xanthina seedlings were determined under different treatments.The results showed that 0.25%~0.55%NaCl stress had no significant effect on chlorophyll content in leaves of Rosa xanthina and the chlorophyll content was significantly reduced by 0.85%~1.15%NaCl stress.There was no significant difference between 0.25%NaCl and the control with the MDA content,superoxide dismutase activity,peroxidase activity and catalase activity.It showed that the NaCl concentration of 0.25%would not have a significant impact on the physiological characteristics of Rosa xanthina.
