摘要
本文通过建立与人工环境室相同几何特征的三维物理模型,运用合理的数值模型模拟了典型辐射空调(顶板辐射供冷+地板送风)房间室内空气温度、空气速度及污染物浓度分布特性。结果表明:当送风温度为18~24℃、室内热源强度为18~64W/m^(2)、外墙传热量为33~66 W/m^(2)及顶板表面温度为16~22℃时,顶板表面温度及外墙传热量是影响除热效率及空气分布特性指标的主要因素,而室内热源强度对除热效率的影响可以忽略不计。此外,这4个因素对除污效率的影响无显著差别。本文通过分析各因素的影响后得到室内空气分布特性评价指标的计算公式,可以为辐射空调系统的优化设计及运行控制提供指导作用。
A 3 D physical model with the same geometric characteristics as the real environment room was established,and a rational numerical simulation model was used to simulate the distribution characteristics of indoor air temperature,air velocity and contamination concentration in typical radiant air-conditioned room(chilled ceiling with underfloor air distribution) in this paper.The results show that when the supply air temperature is 18~ 24 ℃,the intensity of indoor heat source is 18 ~ 64 W/m^(2),heat flux of exterior wall is 33 ~ 66 W/m^(2) and ceiling surface temperature is 16 ℃ to 22 ℃,the main factors affecting the thermal removal effectiveness and air diffusion performance index are both ceiling surface temperature and the heat flux of exterior wall,while the impact of intensity of indoor heat source on the thermal removal effectiveness is negligible.In addition,these four factors have no significant influence on the contaminant removal effectiveness.Three regression equations which are reliable for air characteristics were obtained after analyzing these evaluation index through various factors,and the research result will provide guidance for the design and operation and control of radiant air-conditioning system.
