ESM1、SRPX2、CA125联合检测诊断早期结直肠癌的价值

The Value of the Combined Detection of ESM1,SRPX2 and CA125 in the Diagnosing Early Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨血清内皮细胞特异性分子1(ESM1)、Sushi重复含蛋白质X连锁2(SRPX2)、糖类抗原125(CA125)联合检测诊断早期结直肠癌的价值。方法:选择我院2019年11月至2021年8月期间的疑似早期结直肠癌患者321例,其中经病理学检查确诊早期结直肠癌37例(恶性组),结直肠良性疾病284例(良性组);选择同期321名体检健康者作为对照组。所有受试者均接受血清ESM1、SRPX2、CA125水平检测,分析3组受试者血清ESM1、SRPX2、CA125水平,并分析ESM1、SRPX2、CA125单项检测及三者联合检测诊断早期结直肠癌的效果。结果:恶性组患者血清ESM1、SRPX2、CA125水平均明显高于良性组和对照组,P<0.05;良性组患者血清ESM1、SRPX2、CA125水平均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。ESM1、SRPX2、CA125单项检测分别诊断早期结直肠癌20例(54.05%)、23例(62.16%)和21例(56.76%),三项联合检测诊断早期结直肠癌35例(94.59%)。ESM1、SRPX2、CA125三项联合检测诊断早期结直肠癌的效果优于各单项指标检测,P<0.05。结论:血清ESM1、SRPX2、CA125联合检测对早期结直肠癌的诊断效果更好,有望成为筛查早期结直肠癌的新方法。

Objective To explore the value of the combined detection of serum ESM1,SRPX2,and CA125in the diagnosing early colorectal cancer.Methods Enrolled the 321cases with suspected early colorectal cancer treated in author’s hospital(2019-11-2021-08),including 37cases confirmed as early colorectal cancer by pathological exam.(malignant group)and 284cases with benign colorectal diseases(benign group),at the same time,321physical examinees as control group.Above-mentioned objects were inspected with serum ESM1,SPX2,and CA125,then,the obtained examination results were analysed,as well as the efficacy of single and combined detection of the three factors in the diagnosing early colorectal cancer was evaluated.Results The levels of ESM1,SRPX2,and CA125of malignant group’s patients were significantly higher than that of rest two groups’patients(P<0.05);meanwhile,that of benign group’s patients were significantly higher than that of control groups’objects(P<0.05).The each single detection of ESM1,SRPX2,and CA125respectively diagnosed early colorectal cancer of 20cases(54.05%),23cases(62.16%),and 21cases(56.76%);meanwhile,the combined detection of the three factors diagnosed early colorectal cancer of 35cases(94.59%),thus the combined detection’s efficacy was superior to the single detection’s one(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of the three factors has better diagnostic efficacy,could become a new screen method of early colorectal cancer.
