甘草泻心汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

Gancao Xiexin Tang Combined with Mesalazine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis:A Clinical Study

目的:探讨甘草泻心汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:从2020年8~11月于我院接受治疗的UC患者中筛选62例纳入本研究,随机分为西药治疗组(单纯美沙拉嗪治疗)和中西药联合治疗组(美沙拉嗪+甘草泻心汤治疗),各31例。比较2组治疗后各临床症状(腹痛、腹胀、腹泻和脓血便)消失时间、致炎因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、治疗后临床疗效及不良反应。结果:中西药联合治疗组患者腹痛、腹胀、腹泻及脓血便消失时间均明显短于西药治疗组,P<0.05。治疗后TNF-α和CRP水平,中西药联合治疗组明显低于西药治疗组,P<0.05。中西药联合治疗组治疗总有效率(93.55%,29/31)明显高于西药治疗组(74.19%,23/31),P<0.05。中西药联合治疗组不良反应发生率为3.23%(1/31),西药治疗组为6.45%(2/31),2组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:与单纯应用美沙拉嗪治疗相比,联合应用甘草泻心汤治疗UC疗效更佳,且有助于更好地降低患者致炎因子水平,临床应用价值更高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gancao Xiexin Tang(Decoction,a TCM formula)combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Enrolled 62UC patients treated in authors’hospital(2020-08-2020-11)into this study,randomly divided them into Western medicine group(31cases,only mesalazine for treating UC)and integration group(31cases,integration of TCM and Wester medicine,i.e mesalazine plus Decoction);then,after treatment compared both groups’patients’time for clinical every symptoms(abdominal pain,burbulence,diarrhea,abdominal bloody stool)disappeared,the levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,CRP),clinical effect,and untoward reaction.Results After treatment in integration group the time for above clinical symptoms disappeared,the TNF-αand CRP levels,and the total effective rate were respectively shorter,lower and higher(93.55%,29/31vs74.19%,23/31)than those in Western medicine group(all,P<0.05);as for untoward reaction incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),though being as(3.23%,1/31)vs(6.45%,2/31).Conclusion Compared to alone mesalazine,the combined therapy(mesalazine+Decoction)can obtain more better effect,and is helpful to more reducing the levels of inflammatory factors,thus its clinical application has more higher value.
