游戏管理模式在小儿巨结肠围术期的应用效果

The Efficacy of Nursing Intervention in Game Management Mode Applied at Perioperation of Infantile Megacolon

目的:探讨游戏管理模式在小儿巨结肠围术期中的应用效果。方法:抽取我科2019年4月至2021年4月收治且拟行手术治疗的76例小儿巨结肠患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用游戏管理模式进行护理干预,比较2组患儿护理配合度、术后下床活动时间、住院时间、家属对护理的满意度。结果:观察组患儿护理配合度情况优于对照组,术后下床活动时间及住院时间短于对照组,家属对护理的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:小儿巨结肠围术期应用游戏管理模式进行护理干预,可提高患儿护理配合度及家属对护理的满意度,促进患儿术后康复。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention in game management mode applied at perioperation of infantile megacolon.Methods Enrolled 76pediatric patients with megacolon to be subject to surgery in author’s apartment(2019-04-2021-04)and randomly divided them into control group(38cases,routine nursing)and observation group(38cases,nursing intervention in game management mode);then,compared both groups’pediatric patients’nursing coordinated degree,postoperative time for ambulation,hospitalization stay,and patients’relatives’satisfactory degree to nursing.Results In nursing coordinated degree,postoperative time for ambulation,hospitalization stay,and relatives’nursing satisfactory degree,observation group was respectively superior to,shorter,shorter,and higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion At perioperation of infantile megacolon implementing nursing intervention in game management mode can enhance pediatric patients’coordinated degree,and their relative’s satisfactory degree to nursing,thus promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
