水冷机座水道结构对电机散热的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 电机内部没有有效的散热途径,只能通过热传导的方式将热量传递至电机外侧,水冷电机通过冷却水循环进行电机散热,当机座内水道结构不同时,电机的冷却效果也会不同。文章着重分析了环形水道机座、轴向水道机座和螺旋水道机座对电机冷却效果的影响,研究了三种冷却方式对电机温升的影响。通过结果可得出:轴向水道机座相对于环形水道机座和螺旋水道机座,散热效果更好,机座水道中水流速度也更快,可以更好地带走电机的热量。 There is no effective heat dissipation path inside the motor,and the heat is only transferred to the outside of the motor by heat conduction.Water-cooled motors dissipate heat through cooling water circulation,and the cooling effect of the motor will be different when the structure of the water channel inside the seat is different.The article focuses on the influenced cooling effect of the circular water channel seat,axial water channel seat and spiral water channel seat of the motor,as well as the influence of the three cooling methods on the temperature rise of the motor is investigated.The results show that the cooling effect of the axial water channel seat is better than that of the annular water channel seat and the spiral water channel seat,thus,the water flow rate in the water channel of the seat is faster,so that the heat of the motor can be taken away better.
