摘要
通过设计室内拉拔、剪切试验,研究了不同工艺组合下层间粘结效果,并对比分析了基面层间界面加强处治技术与普通碎石封层、稀浆封层技术的层间强度和透水性能。研究结果表明:选择胶粉改性沥青作为封层处置材料,下层洒布量为1.0kg/m^(2),上层洒布量为0.5kg/m^(2)时,性能最佳;提出层间处治的适宜工作温度为25℃左右,下封层采用9.5~13.2mm的集料效果更好;界面加强处治技术相比普通碎石封层、稀浆封层,具有更好剪切、拉拔和透水性能;推荐采用25℃的抗剪切强度作为层间粘结性能的评价方法,研究成果对提高再生沥青路面基面层间粘结效果具有重要意义。
This paper studied the bond effect between the bottom layers of different process combinations by designing indoor pult-out and shear tests.The interlayer strength and water permeability of base layer reinforced treatment technology are compared with those of common gravel and thin slurry sealing technology.The results show that the best performance is obtained when the coating amount of the lower layer is 1.0 kg/m^(2) and the coating amount of the upper layer is 0.5 kg/m^(2).The optimum working temperature for interlayer treatment is about 25℃,and the aggregate of 9.5~13.2mm is better for the lower sealing layer.Compared with ordinary gravel sealing layer and thin slurry sealing layer,the interface strengthening treatment technology has better shear,pull-out and water permeability.The shear strength of 25℃is recommended as the evaluation method of interlayer bonding performance.The research results are of great significance to improve the interlayer bonding effect of reclaimed asphalt pavement.
