池塘养殖南美白对虾水化学指标的监测

摘要 为实时观测和掌握南美白对虾(Penaeus Vannamei)的养殖水环境情况,于2020年5月至9月对两口池塘的水环境因子进行了监测。结果表明,养殖过程中,水温、pH、溶解氧相对稳定,随着饲料的添加,水中有机物的积累,可溶性无机氮(铵态氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮)和高锰酸盐指数变化较大,可溶性活性磷在养殖前期和中期变化不明显,后期有较明显的增长。南美白对虾虾苗经淡化培育后,再放全淡水池中养殖,其养殖成活率较高,生长状况良好。 In order to observe and master the aquaculture water environment of Penaeus vannamei in real-time,from May to September in 2020,two ponds water quality parameters had been monitored.The results were as follows:water quality parameters such as water temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen didn’t change dramatically and could match the demand of Penaeus vannamei.While dissolved inorganic nitrogen(ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen)and permanganate index had significant changes.Soluble reactive phosphorus didn’t change obviously in the early and middle stage of culture,and increased in the later period.The seedlings of Penaeus vannamei were desalted and cultured in fresh water pond,the survival rate was high and the growth condition was good.
