浮选机的气体分散性能述评

Review on Gas Dispersion Characterization in Flotation Machine

摘要 气体在矿浆里的分散状态用气泡直径、气体率和气体升速三个指标描述。介绍了它们的定义和在工业浮选机内测量它们的仪器和典型的测量结果。结果表明,浮选速率常数与气泡直径、气体率和气体升速都不相关,但与气泡表面积通量呈线性相关。气泡表面积通量是气体分散特性的综合反映。气泡分散特性测量结果可以用于浮选机的计算机仿真,优化充气量和搅拌速度等浮选操作参数。 Gas dispersion characterization is described by bubble size,gas hold up and gas superficial velocity.The equipment and typical measurement results are reviewed.It is believed that bubble surface area flux is a good representation for gas dispersion and it is strongly correlated to flotation rate constant.The measurement results can be used in flotation circuit simulation and optimization on operating conditions such as gas aeration rate and impeller speed.
