摘要
采用密度分离法分离浮选丹东市太平湾水库上、中、下游近岸表层底泥中的微塑料,并采用计数法进行统计研究。结果表明:微塑料形状主要有片状、纤维状、发泡状、颗粒状等,其中片状微塑料居多,占微塑料总数的67.8%。微塑料颜色包括红色、黄色、黑色、白色、蓝色、绿色和白色透明等,其中红色和黑色所占比例最高。微塑料来源主要为农业、工程及渔业活动产生的废弃塑料。粒径范围在0.013~0.500 mm的微塑料占69.4%,微塑料数量随着粒径增大而减少。调查区域微塑料丰度范围为(128.0±26.9)个/(50g)~(244.5±31.8)个/(50g)(干质量),平均丰度为(178.8±59.6)个/(50g)(干质量),与国内报道的其他水域结果相比处于很高水平。
Microplastics in the surface sediments of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Taipingwan Reservoir in Dandong City were separated by density separation method,and the number of the microplastics was analyzed.The results showed that the shapes of microplastics were mainly flake,fibrous,foaming and granular,and the flake microplastics accounted for 67.8%of the total number of microplastics.Microplastic colors include red,yellow,black,white,blue,green and white transparent,and red and black account for the highest proportion.Microplastics are mainly derived from waste plastics from agricultural,engineering and fishery activities.Microplastics with particle size range of 0.013~0.500 mm accounted for 69.4%,and the number of microplastics decreased with the increase of particle size.The abundance range of microplastics in the investigated area was(128.0±26.9)pieces/(50 g)–(244.5±31.8)pieces/(50 g)(dry mass),and the average abundance was(178.8±59.6)pieces/(50 g)(dry mass),which was at the highest level compared with the results reported in other waters in China.
