一种便携式滑板车的设计与动力学分析

摘要 针对传统滑板车存在功能单一、携带不方便以及制动性能差、安全性不高、减震性能差等问题,从滑板车的功能性、适用性和安全性出发,增加了折叠旋转装置和伸缩装置,用户可根据需要自行调节刹车距离。用Solidworks完成便携式滑板车三维模型设计,同时用ADAMS View对滑板车的前轮轴和后轮轴的运动和受力情况进行分析。分析结果表明新款滑板车结构设计合理,适用于不同体重的使用者。 Aiming at the problems of single function,inconvenient carrying,poor braking performance,low safety and poor shock absorption performance of traditional scooter,the folding rotating device and telescopic device are added from the functionality,applicability and safety of scooter.Users can adjust the braking distance according to their needs.The three-dimensional model of the portable scooter is designed by Solidworks,and the motion and stress of the front axle and rear axle of the scooter are analyzed by ADAMS View.It can be seen that the structure design of the new scooter is reasonable and suitable for users with different weights.
