环状RNA在肾脏疾病中的研究现状及展望

Research progress of circular RNAs in renal diseases

环状RNA(circular RNAs,circRNAs)是一类特殊剪接机制形成的、具有闭合环状结构的非编码RNA。越来越多的研究表明,circRNAs广泛参与到肾脏疾病的发生发展过程中,可作为疾病诊断或预测的潜在生物标志物。本文就circRNAs的一般特征、生物学功能以及在肾细胞癌、急性肾损伤、糖尿病肾病、狼疮性肾炎、IgA肾病以及肾脏纤维化等肾脏疾病发生发展中的作用及预测价值研究进行综述。

Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a group of non-coding RNAs with closed-loop structure formed by specific splicing mechanism.A growing number of studies have shown that circRNAs are widely involved in the occurrence and development of renal diseases and can be used as potential biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prediction.This article reviews the general characteristics,biological functions of circRNAs and their roles in renal diseases,such as renal cell carcinoma,acute kidney injury,diabetic nephropathy,lupus nephritis,IgA nephropathy,and kidney fibrosis.
