医学生智能手机成瘾现况及其影响因素分析

Analysis of current situation and influencing factors of smartphone addiction among medical students

目的:了解医学生手机成瘾现况,并分析手机成瘾相关影响因素。方法:于2020年11月至12月采用智能手机成瘾量表(SAS-SV)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)和PHQ-9抑郁筛查量表对某医学院2850名医学生进行调查,采用多因素Logistic回归分析手机成瘾相关影响因素,采用Pearson相关性分析分析医学生智能手机成瘾与焦虑、抑郁的相关性。结果:2850名医学生中,智能手机成瘾有1350人,占比53.7%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示中间年级、学校生活满意度、是否喜欢所学专业是医学生智能手机成瘾的影响因素(P<0.05),并且Pearson相关性分析结果显示医学生智能手机成瘾与焦虑、抑郁呈正相关(r=0.434、0.468,P<0.01)。结论:医学生智能手机成瘾率高,并且存在一定的心理问题,学校应及时关注并及时采取针对性的干预措施。

Objective:To understand the current situation of smartphone addiction among medical students,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:The Smartphone Addiction Scale(SAS-SV),Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7)and PHQ-9 Depression Screening Scale were used to survey 2850 medical students in Wuhu City from Nov to Dec 2020.Multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of smartphone addiction.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship of anxiety and depression with smartphone addiction.Results:Among the 2850 medical students,1350 were addicted to smartphone,accounting for 53.7%.Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that middle grades,school life satisfaction,and whether to like the major were the influencing factors of medical students'smartphone addiction(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that medical students'smartphones addiction was positively correlated with anxiety and depression(r=0.434,0.468,P<0.01).Conclusions:The smartphone addiction rate of medical students is high,which is correlated with certain psychological problems.Schools should pay attention to it in time and take targeted intervention measures.
