肿瘤微环境中细胞外泌体对乳腺癌转移与耐药性改变的影响

摘要 肿瘤耐药严重阻碍了乳腺癌的治疗。细胞外泌体作为肿瘤微环境中的细胞间的信息载体,在乳腺癌的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。随着对细胞外泌体研究的不断深入,其在乳腺癌耐药中的作用得到了越来越多的关注,且细胞外泌体中的蛋白和miRNA等可以通过多种方式介导乳腺癌耐药。本文综述了外泌体和乳腺癌转移与耐药之间的联系,并且讨论了存在于肿瘤微环境中的细胞外泌体对乳腺癌细胞耐药性的影响。此外,还提出细胞外泌体可作为预测和监测乳腺癌药物治疗反应的候选生物标志物,并可作为逆转乳腺癌耐药的潜在靶点或载体。 Drug resistance has seriously hampered the treatment of breast cancer.As an intercellular information carrier in the tumor microenvironment,exosome plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.With the continuous study of exosome,its role in drug resistance of breast cancer has attracted more and more attention,and the protein and miRNA in exosome can mediate breast cancer drug resistance through various ways.This review summarizes the relationship of exosome with metastasis and drug resistance of breast cancer,and discusses the effect of exosome in the tumor microenvironment on drug resistance of breast cancer cells.In addition,it is suggested that exosome can be used as a candidate biomarker for predicting and monitoring drug therapy response in breast cancer,and can be used as a potential target or carrier for reversing breast cancer resistance.
