二萜化合物土槿乙酸触发自噬作用的研究进展

摘要 自噬(Autophagy)是真核生物对细胞内物质进行循环再利用的重要过程,在清除异常蛋白质和受损细胞器等方面发挥了重要作用,与多种疾病密切相关.土槿乙酸(Pseudolaric acid B,PAB)是从松科植物金钱松的根皮或近根树皮中分离提取的主要成分之一,是二萜化合物.本文主要综述土槿乙酸及其他二萜化合物触发细胞自噬的研究进展. Autophagy is an important process for eukaryotes to recycle intracellular substances.It plays an important role in removing abnormal proteins and damaged organelles.And it is closely related to a variety of diseases.Pseudolaric acid B(PAB)is one of the main components isolated from the root bark or near root bark of Pseudolarix amabilis.This review focuses on the research progress on cell autophagy triggered by Pseudolaric acid B and other diterpenoids.
