异步立式感应电机轴承系统设计

摘要 轴承系统作为异步立式感应电机的核心部件,一直以来是工程设计人员设计和研究的重点,由于立式电机普遍承受较大的轴向载荷,因此在推力轴承时,载荷是设计者着重考虑的因素,同时在立式轴系中,因承受的径向载荷相比卧式轴承载荷要小,因此在设计立式电机径向轴承时,应将轴系稳定性作为重要的考虑因素。只有综合全面把握立式径向轴承、推力轴承自身工作特性,才能做好整个电机轴承系统的设计工作,以轴承动压润滑理论为基础,应用偏微分方程数值求解方法,对异步立式感应电机轴承系统展开设计研究。 As the core part of vertical induction motor,the bearing system has always been the design and research focus for the engineering design personnel.The vertical electric machines universally bear large axial loads,so the load factor is mainly considered by the designer during the design of thrust bearing.At the same time,the radial load born by vertical bearings is smaller than that born by horizontal bearings,so the shafting stability should be considered as an important factor in the design of radial bearings of vertical motor.Only comprehensively grasping the working characteristics of vertical radial bearings and thrust bearings,the design of the whole motor bearing system can be done well.Based on the hydrodynamic lubrication theory of bearings,this paper will carry out the design and research on the bearing system of vertical induction motor by numerical solution method of partial differential equation.
