摘要
现有低速大扭矩永磁直驱电动机产品,冷却方式大多以IC3W7水套冷却方式为主,部分用户在新产品选型或旧设备升级改造时,现场没有条件布置冷却水路,采用IC3W7水套冷却方式就会受到实际工况的限制。在国家节能减排政策号召下,为了提高传动系统运行效率,简化传动链长度,降低维护难度,节省维护成本,一种空-空冷却的高压变频永磁同步直驱电动机产品逐步被国内部分电机厂家开发出来并投入市场,取得了较好的应用效果。
The existing low-speed high-torque direct-drive PMSM products mostly adopt IC3W7 water-jacket cooling method.When some users select new products or upgrade old e-quipment,there is no condition to layout the cooling water channel on site,so the IC3W7 water-jacket cooling method will be limited by the actual working condition.Under the call of national policies on energy conservation and emissions reduction,a kind of air-to-air cooled variable-frequency direct-drive high-voltage PMSM products has been developed and marketed gradually by some domestic motor manufacturer to improve the operation efficiency of the drive system,simplify the length of transmission chain,reduce the difficulty of maintenance and save the cost of maintenance,which has obtained the good application effect.
