摘要 永磁同步电机内永磁体容易产生退磁,使电机的励磁电动势降低,输出转矩下降,甚至使电机不能正常工作,严重制约了永磁同步电机的进一步推广和应用,因此退磁问题一直是人们关注的焦点。现主要以Patentics专利数据库中的检索结果为分析样本,从专利文献的视角对永磁同步电机防退磁技术发展进行了全面的数据统计以及分析,总结了永磁同步电机防退磁技术相关的国内外专利的申请趋势、本领域的主要申请人分布、重要技术分支以及未来的发展方向。这些分析和总结梳理了永磁同步电机的防退磁技术,有助于本领域技术人员了解该领域的发展情况和趋势,同时对审查工作也具有一定的促进作用。 Permanent magnets in PMSM is easy to demagnetize,which can reduce the excitation electromotive force and output torque of the motor,and even make the motor work abnormally.It seriously restricts the further promotion and application of PMSM,therefore the demagnetization problem has always been the focus of attention.Taking the search results in Pat-entics patent database as an analysis samples,this paper carries out a comprehensive data statistics and analysis on the anti-demagnetization technology development of PMSM from the perspective of patent documents,and summarizes the application trend,the distribution of main applicants,important technical branches and future development direction of domestic and foreign patents related to anti-demagnetization technology of PMSM.These analyses and summaries sort out the anti-demagnetization technology of PMSM,which is helpful for technicians to understand the development situation and trend in this field,and also plays a certain promoting role for the review work.
