宿迁市西南片区阳台洗衣废水处理模式研究

Research on Treatment Mode of Balcony Laundry Wastewater in Southwest Downtown of Suqian

洗衣废水中含有大量有机物、氨氮等污染物,我国部分地区由于前期设计和后期管理等问题,存在大量阳台洗衣废水进入河道的情况,可能造成水环境的严重污染。目前在城市水环境治理以及海绵城市建设中均涉及大量阳台洗衣废水处理改造内容,但其处理模式的选取均缺乏有力的理论支撑。梳理凝练了西方国家阳台洗衣废水中心化和去中心化两种处理回用模式,以及国内雨污分流、末端截流、回收利用三种模式,分析了相关的利弊和使用条件。同时,以宿迁中心城市西南片区为例,评估了大规模雨污分流改造可能对污水处理厂造成的不利影响,提出了三种切实可行的处理模式,尤其是与海绵城市建设结合同步解决内涝及水环境问题,对类似城市洗衣废水的处理具有参考价值。

Laundry wastewater contains lots of pollutants such as organic matter and ammonia nitrogen.Due to the preliminary design defect and later ineffective management in parts of China,there is large amount of balcony laundry wastewater entering the river,which may cause serious pollution of the water environment.At present,balcony laundry wastewater treatment is an important part involved in the urban water environment treatment and the sponge city construction,but the selection of treatment mode lacks strong theoretical support.The centralized and decentralized modes of balcony laundry wastewater in western countries,as well as three modes in China,including rainwater and sewage diversion,terminal interception and recycling,and also the relevant advantages,disadvantages and application conditions are analyzed.Meanwhile,the possible adverse impact of extensive rainwater and sewage diversion reconstruction on the sewage treatment plant in southwest downtown Suqian is evaluated,and three practical scenarios are put forward,especially in combination with sponge city construction for simultaneously solving the problems of waterlogging and water environment pollution,which has important value for similar urban balcony laundry wastewater treatment.
