肺癌患者人乳头瘤病毒感染对机体免疫功能的影响及与预后的关系研究

Effect of human papillomavirus infection on immune function and its relationship with prognosis in patients with lung cancer

目的探讨肺癌患者人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染对机体免疫功能的影响及与预后的关系。方法选取我院肺癌HPV阳性患者68例作为阳性组,另选取同期HPV阴性的肺癌患者48例作为阴性组。对比两组临床资料、机体免疫功能指标,分析机体免疫功能指标与肺癌患者HPV感染关系,并对比两组生存率。结果阳性组中,高分化程度占比(90.91%)、有吸烟史占比(69.70%)均高于阴性组(68.75%、43.75%)(P<0.05);阳性组外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平低于阴性组,CD8^(+)水平高于阴性组(P<0.05);机体免疫功能指标CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)为肺癌患者HPV感染的影响因素(P<0.05);阳性组生存率高于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者感染HPV可导致机体免疫功能降低,且与患者预后密切相关。

Objective To investigate the impact of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection on the immune function of patients with lung cancer and its relationship with the prognosis.Methods Sixty-eight HPV-positive patients with lung cancer in our hospital were selected as the positive group,and 48 HPV-negative patients with lung cancer in the same period were selected as the negative group.The clinical data and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared,the relationship between the immune function indexes and HPV infection of lung cancer patients was analyzed,and the survival rate of the two groups was compared.Results In the positive group,the proportions of well-differentiated(90.91%)and smoking history(69.70%)were higher than those in the negative group(68.75%,43.75%,respectively)(P<0.05).The positive group had lower peripheral blood CD3^(+),CD4^(+) levels and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) ratio comparing to the negative group while CD8^(+) level was higher than that in the negative group(P<0.05).The immune function indexes,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+) levels and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) ratio were the influencing factors of HPV infection in lung cancer patients(P<0.05).The survival rate in the positive group was higher than that of the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusions HPV infection in patients with lung cancer can lead to reduced immune function and was closely related to the prognosis of patients.
