双高专业群与区域产业协同发展的研究——基于共生理论视角

A Research on the Synergistic Development of Double-High-Level Specialty Group and Regional Industries——Based on the Symbiosis Theory

高水平专业群是高职院校内涵化发展的支撑,专业群的建设必然要对接区域产业需求。基于共生理论,在新的视角下建构了专业群与区域产业协同发展的分析框架,解析了共生系统的共生单元、共生界面、共生模式及共生环境。据此提出了双高专业群与区域产业从共存走向共生的协同发展思路:提升产教供需兼容度、打造多元高效的平台、构建对称互惠共生模式、营造良好的共生环境。

The intensive development of higher vocational colleges must be supported by high-level specialty groups,and the construction of specialty groups must meet the needs of regional industries.Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the synergetic development of specialty groups and regional industries from a new perspective,and analyzes the symbiotic units,interfaces,modes and environments of the symbiotic system.Then,the paper puts forward the coordinated development ideas of double-high-level professional groups and regional industries from coexistence to symbiosis:improving the compatibility of supply and demand between industry and education,creating diversified and efficient platforms,building a symmetric and mutually beneficial symbiosis model,and creating good symbiosis environment.
