基于电磁仿真的铁磁共振线宽测试研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于微波铁氧体的铁磁共振线宽对其材料结构敏感的原理,研究样品尺寸对铁磁共振线宽测量结果的影响,并针对满足微扰理论的尺度难以探究的问题,提出一种根据谐振曲线判断样品是否满足微扰理论的方法。通过电磁仿真软件,在10 GHz频率下,对不同尺寸的样品进行铁磁共振线宽仿真测试。结果表明,随着样品直径增加,铁磁共振线宽测量结果减小,样品尺寸的理想范围在直径1.0~1.4 mm。对比样品在铁磁共振状态时的谐振曲线发现,曲线波峰随样品直径增大而下降,当样品直径增加到1.74 mm时,谐振曲线开始塌陷,说明此时的样品已经不满足微扰理论。该研究对微波铁氧体共振线宽检测样品尺寸的选取具有一定的参考价值。 Based on the principle that the linewidth of ferromagnetic resonance of microwave ferrite is sensitive to its material structure,the influence of sample size on the measurement results of linewidth of ferromagnetic resonance is studied.Aiming at the problem that the scale satisfying the perturbation theory is difficult to explore,a method to judge whether the sample satisfies the perturbation theory based on resonance curve is proposed.Through the electromagnetic simulation software,the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth simulation test was carried out on the samples of different sizes at the frequency of 10 GHz.The results show that the linewidth of ferromagnetic resonance decreases with the increase of sample diameter,and the ideal sample size range is from 1.0 mm to 1.4 mm in diameter.By comparing the resonance curves of the samples in the state of ferromagnetic resonance,it is found that the peak of the curve decreases with the increase of the sample diameter.When the sample diameter increases to 1.74 mm,the resonance curve begins to collapse,indicating that the sample at this time no longer satisfies the perturbation theory.This study has reference value on the selection of sample size for microwave ferrite resonance linewidth detection.
