何首乌中20种重金属及有害元素含量的ICP-MS法测定 被引量:4

Determination of twenty kinds of heavy metals and hazardous elements in Polygoni Multiflori Radix using ICP-MS method

摘要 建立中药何首乌中20种重金属及有害元素的分析测定方法,为该药材重金属及有害元素的风险评估及质量控制提供依据。基于电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS:inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry)测定何首乌药材中砷、镉、铅、汞、铜等20种重金属及有害元素的含量,同时进行方法学考察,对检测方法进行验证。该检测方法标准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.99;重复性和平均加样回收率RSD均小于15%;精密度与稳定性考察RSD均小于5%,表明20种重金属及有害元素检测方法准确有效。该研究采用的方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于准确测定中药何首乌中20种重金属及有害元素的含量,有望为何首乌提供更为全面的质量控制方法。 To establish a analytical method for the determination of 20 kinds of heavy metals and hazardous elements in Polygoni Multiflori Radix,so as to provide the basis for risk assessment and quality control of heavy metals and harmful elements for Polygoni Multiflori Radix.Based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),the contents of As,Cd,Pb,Hg,Cu and other heavy metals and harmful elements in Polygoni Multiflori Radix were determined,and the methodology was investigated to verify the detection method.The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the detection method is greater than 0.99.The RSD of repeatability and average recovery were less than 15%.The RSD of precision and stability were less than 5%.The results showed that the detection methods of 20 kinds of heavy metals and harmful elements were accurate and effective.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the accurate determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in Polygoni Multiflori Radix.It is expected to provide a more comprehensive quality control method for Polygoni Multiflori Radix.
