摘要
安阳园区年产20万t煤制乙二醇装置于2012年12月底投运,生产系统已经达到了高负荷。为防止管线、设备腐蚀,需对原料气中微量氯离子进行检测和控制。目前园区气体中微量氯离子分析方法尚未建立,氯离子含量很难准确测定;根据文献和大量的实验,建立了电位滴定法测定气体中微量氯离子方法,该方法数据准确度高,数据重现性好,随时可准确监测系统中微量氯离子含量,满足生产控制的需要,有效地延长设备的使用寿命,同时减少微量氯离子对系统催化剂的毒害,对生产系统的稳定长周期运行意义深远。
The coal to ethylene glycol plant with an annual output of 200000 tons in Anyang Industrial Park was put into operation at the end of December 2012,and the production system has reached a high load.In order to prevent corrosion of pipelines and equipment,our company needs to detect and control trace chloride ions in feed gas.As the company has not established an analytical method for trace chloride ion in industrial gas before,it is difficult to accurately determine the chloride ion content.After consulting literature and a large number of experiments,our company has established a potentiometric titration method for the determination of trace chloride ions in gas.The method has high data accuracy and good data reproducibility.It can accurately monitor the trace chloride ion content in the system at any time,meet the needs of production control,and effectively prolong the service life of the equipment.At the same time,this method can reduce the toxicity of trace chloride ions to the catalyst of the system,and has far-reaching significance for the stable and long-term operation of the production system.
