清洗热辊对安全带丝3A率的影响研究

摘要 高强涤纶工业丝织造的汽车安全带在使用中涉及到人身安全,其生产过程中对质量的把控要求严格。以安全带丝(1100 dtex/96 f)作为研究对象,纤维3A率为指标,探究热辊清洗作业对减少安全带丝毛丝的影响。研究表明:清洗热辊可以提高安全带丝的3A率,平均提高10%,安全带丝洗辊后3A率会在24 h之后开始下降,为了保证产品质量,洗辊周期应该在24 h~48 h。 The automobile safety belt made of high-strength polyester industrial yarn involves personal safety in use,and the quality control requirements are strict in the production process.Taking the safety belt yarn(1100 dtex/96 f)as the research object and the fiber 3A rate as the index,the effect of hot roller cleaning on reducing the hairiness of safety belt yarn was explored.The research shows that cleaning the hot roll can improve the 3A rate of safety belt yarn by an average of 10%,and the 3A rate of safety belt yarn will begin to decrease after 24 hours.In order to ensure the product quality,the roll cleaning cycle should be between 24 hours and 48 hours.
